1. My compressed image appears blurred, how do I fix it?

Ensure your starting original file is of high resolution and shot with good focus and bright lighting. Compressing an already heavily-blurry WhatsApp image down to 20KB is very likely to cause further pixelation.

2. I get a file type error during upload on my exam portal, why?

Check that the file extension is exact (e.g. .jpg or .jpeg instead of .png). Many portals strictly reject PNG formats. Utilize our format converter tool first to produce a clean, white-background JPEG file.

3. Is it possible to request a specific portal preset?
